INFORMATION

You can rent the entire Manor to yourself Monday thru Thursday is $175 a night up to 5 people any additional person is $35 per person.

Friday to Sunday cost is $225 up to 5 people any additional is $45 per person.

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINTES before your start time...

For your investigation you get the building to yourself.... From 8pm to 5am.

If you would like to stay overnight until 11am it's an additional flat fee of $30 dollars

Please check the calendar to see what avaliable dates are open click on the date it will say if its open or not. Once you sellect a date then get in touch with us you will have to place a $100 dollar deposit to hold your date.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.....

The rest must be paid in full at, or before the time of arrival.

PLEASE bring your waviers with you.

If you are planning on staying overnight we do now have 2 single beds, full size and a queen bed. the only thing we don't have is blankets we have throw blankets only.

Please clean up after yourself.

There is a working refrigerator, a Keurig with coffee, pop and bottled water for our guests.

Please check for your items, make sure you got everything do a final walk through. 

Shut off all the lights before you leave it would be appreciated. 

Must be at least 14 and accompanied by an adult. 

We have heat and if you want to order food we have plenty of places around us that deliver.

Final thing PLEASE BE SAFE take your time going through the home.
