The Bihl Manor has many secrets waiting to be uncovered. It seems that each floor of the house has its own type of haunting.

The basement is where the entities known as “The Bitter” and “The Scratcher” are said to linger. So far, four men have reportedly been bitten and four women scratched. There is often a lot of REM Pod activity in this area, and investigators have reported very strong results when using the Estes Method here.

The first floor is known for frequent voices being heard. Daisy’s Room is especially active, where almost any piece of equipment seems to work. A rocking chair in the room is known for objects being thrown off of it. Many voices—believed to be those of a man and children—have been heard on this floor. Visitors have also reported hearing footsteps and loud slamming noises.

The staircase is another very active location. A young boy with red hair has reportedly been seen standing on the landing. In the garage sits the piano has been heard by investigators claim that the keys are sometimes heard playing on their own.

The second floor has its own strange and eerie atmosphere. Shadow figures have reportedly been seen running down the hallways and peeking around corners. Many types of equipment seem to respond here at different times. Voices have been heard, along with heavy footsteps across the floor, creating an intense and uneasy feeling. Some have also reported seeing a man standing at one of the windows on this floor.

The attic has also had several unexplained experiences. The same red-haired boy has reportedly been seen there, along with the sound of children laughing. Heavy shuffling footsteps have also been heard moving around the attic space.

Several deaths are confirmed to have occurred in the home. Clarence and Daisy Wolfe both passed away there, Elizabeth Clarence mother and Mary Daisy mother died in the home and a historian once mentioned that a young boy may have either committed suicide or died in an accidental incident inside the house. Over the years, viewings and funerals were also held within the home.
